I am by now of the opinion that most people are actually below chimps on the evolutionary mudslide.

Chicken Gillespie is... Umm.. Well. Chicken breasts. Rolled in flower and pan fried. And there's bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and white wine and stuff involved, and it's sooooo goooood. I believe it's a fairly common recipe, but if I'm mistaken let me know and I'll blackmail K into sending it to you.
