And of course, let's not discount the fact that you could squeeze in another one in that box, or subtract one or two. It was arbitrary, darn it, but they don't want to admit it. :)
Ahhh, the ol' Arbitrary Denial issue - it's remarkably common in marketing. Arbitrary decision making is particuarly sad when it affects production and thus customer enjoyment. Arbitrary Anonymous has a lot on its hands.
Have you done a competitive analysis? Does a major competitor provide one less per box? I wonder. Regardless, I think it's well worth you both doing a road trip to Lexington and skulking around the supermarkets and deducting two from each box.
Now we're getting somewhere. Hmmm. Maybe there's money in that. Some sort of... home, for marketeers with Arbitrary Denial Syndrom. The only problem I foresee is of course the fact that all the potential clients will, by default and definition, deny that they're potential client. Maybe this plan needs some more work.
A home.... excellent idea, can you guys run it? We can run objective shock therapy. Considering they will all be in denial that they're potential clients I'm assuming that gives us free license to decide ad hoc who should be committed?
Wow, and they made their answer so...boring. She could have said the same thing, but spiced it up a bit. She could have even thanked you for enquiring. Well, whatever. She needs to lighten up and have more fun. hahaha
That's what I thought. I think I'll have to pay particular attention to Bioré products for future inquiries, just to give them a chance to improve their statistics.
