I believe it made my face dorkier, more than anything else. K and I are both a little unable to say what we think so far. I'm not sure I recognize me, for good or bad, but on the other hand, most other people seem to not notice it at all, so... Or maybe they don't comment because they think I'm someone else? Who knows. I don't. Maybe I *AM* someone else?

If you guys would post some pictures, we could comment much more obviously about your beard. I, for one, am looking forward to hearing about your redneck neighbor cats. (is it the neighbors or the CATS that are rednecks?)

Both. I really would have thought that cats would be the last thing in the world that would be rednecks. Maybe they are, at that, but they're rednecks, and there's no doubt about it. Sooner or later there will be an annoyed post about that.

As far as people not noticing, I was really talking more about people who see me every day, such as K's family and such. I wasn't really expecting a lot of comments from the LJ community before posting pictures. I might be delusional, but I haven't lost it completely. Yet. Pictures will follow as soon as K feels like it, I suspect.
