progress...plus dream items!
So far so good. The first tier of the skirt is done, I just have to see down the lace. I'll be adding a fabric ruffle in between tiers then mimic the pleated pattern before adding more ruffles to that. I may change the bust design but I haven't got that far yet with the thought process. I'm guessing that this'll be done in a week or so?
In other news, look what came in the mail today! I'm so excited! I've been wanting this bag for ages since 2004, back when I first started getting into Lolita. I remember loving the lace look of the doll bag and liking the fact that it wasn't a Usakumya or Kumyakumya bag.
Look at the faces on these things! Isn't it freakin' cute?! I love the pearl detailing and the general sturdiness of the bag. I feel like I can shake this around and not have to worry about it. The guipure lace that the body is made of really adds to the quality feel and the inside is roomy, considering it's size. Dream items, check!!
