The part about Ada wasn't needed and it didn't make any sense and it really ruined the story. You can't be drawn to someone who did nothing but lie and try to kill you... that's insane. Leon is (or more like you are, the writer) forgetting the fact he knew nothing about Ada at all and that 6 years went by of not seeing her and that Ada didn’t give a shit about when John died... her so-called boyfriend.
The only thing that saved that was having Leon and Claire fuck... or almost.
This isn't the first time I've seen so-called L/C fans having Leon be more in love with Ada than Claire around here. Is this really a Leon and Claire website and are any of you real Leon and Claire fans? Or do you people think you can be L/C, L/A, C/S all in one?

Leon says at the end of 4 that Ada is a part of him he can never let go. Much as I would prefer to ignore that, it's a canon statement, and Ada is very much a part of his life, so those of us who pay attention to canon fully work with that.
Did you even bother reading everything that wasn't smut lead in? Because there's a lot of compare and contrast between Claire and Ada throughout the chapter and I think I did a decent job explaining why Leon would choose Claire over Ada. Because Ada would end up screwing him over.
Also why the fuck can't someone have multiple pairings with the same characters?
