Honestly? I've made them before and they came out really well! I think the egg whites were too stiff. The mix was very stiff and wasn't "runny" enough. Oh well!

The first batch came out really well. This? Not so much!

And after all that...she didn't even try them as she's "off sugar". Sigh. Would have helped to know that!

They taste really good and I have tons of them now as she didn't even want them. She's "off sugar". Would have been nice to know!
