Okay, so, Demyx was able to get dressed in his ninja garb this morning. And he had his mission. Kidnap this kid.

He didn't know why, but it's not like you were supposed to ask questions in this business. All he knew was that this was his mission, and so far it'd been going perfectly. He'd even managed to get into their kitchen with no problems. He was so proud that he could cackle. He doesn't, though, because ninjas are quiet.

Well, they're supposed to be, anyway, and he accidentally lets out a quick Ha! before quickly covering his mouth with his hands and takes a few steps back. Which leads him to bump riiiiight into the cabinet with the pots and pans, which, understandably, makes some clanging noises.

[Stephen was trying to find a bowl to put their third bag of dorittos in. He hears the clammer and swings around, the chip bag still clutche in his hand. ]

"Huh? No, I don't." Oh, wait. Damn! Work with what you got. He was always getting told off for not doing that. He starts again, tripping over his words a little.

"Uh, no, wait, I mean, yes. I just- didn't recognize who you were?" That wasn't an excuse! If he lived with him, wouldn't he know? Then again, the kid didn't seem to know who he lived with. So maybe he was okay.

[Neil wanders into the kitchen to see what's keeping Stephen, and he's definitely not prepared to see a shadowy figure advancing on Stephen.]

Dude, behind you! [He grabs Stephen's hand and pulls him away, causing chips to scatter across the floor, all the time never taking his eyes off of the suspicious intruder.]

He immediately reacts, and gets as far away from Neil and Stephen, like- well, a ninja. He is visible from the bridge of his nose up to his hairline, but his hood and mask is slipping.

"Uh, no. It's- I, uh, live here? I mean, I live here. You just, uh, don't remember it." That's what he told the kid. Hopefully this guy would believe him. "It's a curse, or something, I think." The voice is a familiar whine, and the hood slips a little more.
