Lovely and sweet.
A scene that I,too,wanted to see in the show.
And of course Finn did not have to be there, because otherwise would have been him to comfort Kurt.

Yay! I was so excited to see that you had a chance to do some writing. As always, it was wonderfully angsty. However, the sweetness of the brothers Furt helped to offset the pain some. :) I love how Kurt was being evasive with his answers, but Finn refused to let it drop. I'm glad that if the show won't show us what went down in the Hudmel household that night, we've got wonderful fic like this to give us an idea.

Well yeah, I couldn't just see Kurt flat out saying "It sucked, they voted me prom queen!" I could however see him trying to avoid it by trying to tend to Finn.

I really enjoyed this :) The Furt bonding was beautiful, especially Finn's protectiveness.

Very cute fic, especially given the very fitting icon of the first commenter. I almost thought that was intentional.

Very good, all round. Only criticisms I might have are a) at the beginning of the fic, it wasn't totally clear that you meant Finn's favourite film (but that was easily figured out, so its not a huge criticism) and b) I'm pretty sure Finn was brought on stage during the announcement. Could've sworn there was a full-up shot of him.
