So today is my birthday, to bad I feel totally terrible. I feel so sick, nauseous and cold then sweaty, it's awful. I feel just terrible. As much as I hate to do it, I think I'm going to call out of work today. Don't see how much use I'll be if I'm projectile vomiting all over the place
