So you made me cry. Again. In a good way.

This story was terrifying, because, at the end of the day, stuff like that could happen. Happens all the time.
The emotions of everyone involved - from Kurt's fear to Carole's brothers hate towards Kurt - were so raw, so real. I think what hurt me the most (except for Kurt's horrifing ordeal, of course), was Burt pleading with his son to make it, telling him the story of how he was born prematurely and then promising him he'd be strong for him.

I love the ending, it was positive and put a smile on my face.

I honestly don't know what possessed me to write that part, like if things weren't bad enough, and there wasn't enough angst to really go that extra mile.

However, I'm really glad you enjoyed it love, I'm glad you liked the ending, I kinda wanted to end it on at least a quasi-happy note!

Oh my god, I squeed when I saw you'd written this, I clapped in joy and now I'm grinning so hard I lok like a loon. I loved it, absolutely loved it; it was so, so angsty and so good, so good!

Artie looks pale, and slightly murderous, but simply holds his fist out for Kurt to bump, which he does.

My favourite line, because it's just so awesome. This fic is sickeningly wonderful, the subject matter sensitive but handled well, written gorgeously and I'm gushing embarrassingly, but sweetie, you really outdid youself this time! And holy crap at the length! I see now why I'm a pain in the arse!

I'm not going to list everything I loved the most, because that would be the whole damn fic, but I did enjoy the ending, and Finn and Puck were wonderful, and I really adored your Carole.

Thank you again for writing this! It's so truly legendary!

I think I scared my rabbit when I suddenly started cheering. He gave me the strangest look when I pumped my fists in the air.

I mean that in the nicest way possible! The way that you wrote it, I had my heart in my throat the whole time. It was gut-wrenchingly fantastic.

Wow I cried so much during parts of this story! I really wish Burt had found the jerks before the police, so that he could've killed them for what they did to Kurt!!!!!

I love how Kurt didn't even blame Carol or Finn because they were related to them.

Do you think we may get to see a sort of continuation of some sorts?! *hopefull* :D Maybe Kurt and Noah after they have been going out for a long time and Kurt is self conscience about Noah seeing the scars? (sorry I tend to give ideas to people when I want to read sequels! That just shows how much I enjoy reading your fics) :D

That would have been satisfying, but then he'd have gone to jail, which would have been counter-productive really lol.

Why blame them, they aren't them. I figured that's how he'd see it.

Maybe, I'm toying with the idea of a follow up to show how their date went and what's been going on since, but I'm not sure if I'll do it yet or not.
