Aw man, other than the Pandora Hearts and 07-Ghost ones I don't know anybody there! From that limited selection I'd say you like...main characters? Okay that's silly, but hey. And then maybe...you like people who have a strong feelings for someone in their life? *failface*

I've never even heard of "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya"! Well, I only just started paying attention to animanga about a year ago, really. And people have always looked at me funny...I'm used to it. Very well, I shall put it on my list.

Actually now that I've looked up many of the characters on your list, I have several new things to add to my to-watch/read list!

You have many more girls on your list than I have on mine...I think I only had one girl!

I know what you mean about having a different explanation for why you like each character. That's why this sort of thing is challenging (to come up with a pattern). I'm afraid I don't have any new insights even after reading about the characters I didn't know. Except...you don't appear to have as much of a soft spot for androgynous characters as I do!

Aha! Wait I noticed something...many of your male characters appear to have little or no interest in women!

Oh please, I got into anime and manga only two years ago. So I'm only a bit further ahead of you. Most of what's on my list is fairly recent.

Wow you're right! I normally like boys better than girls, but these girls I LOVE <3

Hmm, I like androgynous characters, and I love when they're included in anime and manga, but that isn't enough to make me love the character.

As to guys who aren't interested in women... I didn't even notice that one! But looking at my favorites and all those who didn't make the list, you're right!

Ooh~ What did you add to your list? I'm going to have to recommend Durarara!!, if that isn't there. I'm going to read quite a few from your favorites as well. Starting with Karneval.

Ranma 1/2, Kimi ni Todoke and Haruhi Suzumiya I put on my list. I have seen Durarara in my GFantasy but I don't like the manga art. I know little of the story or characters, though.

Oh, that's because Durarara!! was originally a light novel. I'm planning on reading it soon, along with Haruhi Suzumiya (if I can even find Haruhi Suzumiya). DRRR was then adapted into an anime AND THEN a manga. It's pretty terrible if I'd say so. I wouldn't read it either. But what I've read of the light is pretty good, and the anime is AMAZING. I'm going to recommend it one more time, and then I'll leave you alone.

Oh, and if you're one of those people who would watch (or at least look into) an anime for the seiyuus, I think I might toss around a few names...

Ranma is one of my favorites ;D And Kimi ni Todoke is BEAUTIFUL.
