I experienced the same feelings with Australia and know exactly what you mean. It's a boatload of heartache and the mourning of something great passing but it opens a new chapter .... stupid life, why does it keep changing and doing stuff?!

I am so weepy for you, a melancholy weepy. I can't wait to see you but I'm sad that you're leaving such a wonderful place.

I have to say, girlfriend...it has been wonderful sharing your stay in Japan via LJ. ^_^ I am so happy that you were able to do something you so badly wanted to do, and sad that you decided to leave...but I know that you are so smart, that you will take very many lessons and memories with you.

I'm sure that it was worth everything...and yeah, its gonna make everything a little different when your back over here again...but what a journey, eh? ^_^

Safe travels home, elfen! Thank you for sharing all this with us. ^_^

>>Really, any night in which you are proclaimed a god is a good night.<<

And from now on, when someone asks if you are a god, you can say "Yes!"
