dear colin. i leave tomorrow for a six-week sejour to europe, a side trip to see lu in baltimore, and a visit with cousins in baltimore. this is only relevent to your life because it forces me to miss your wedding. there are probably two things that would cause me not to be there - aside from death, excursions abroad are the only other conflict that would prevent my presense. many regrets. i trust it will be grand, and i will miss a rockin time. thanks for the invite, and i hope you and lisa have a glorious evening.
