1. I needed it, though. I had only watched HBP and at that point I hadn't read all the books yet (and the ones I did I'd read a few years ago). I really hadn't much grasp on Tom's core character, I only had his voice at that point. I didn't understand his character motivations and I really hadn't been playing him all that well. Needless to say, I've improved a lot since last year.

2. This is true (and honestly, I can't remember the no nose thing either), thus why I want to make note of this. But I've seen a lot of fanfiction where suddenly he has a forked tongue. There was also a particular one I read where apparently he had snake!genitalia, but, well, um, yeah. That was just the one.

2. To be fair, it wasn't a very well-written fanfiction. You know how FF.net is.
