I did a lot of cooking this weekend, and since I remembered to document it with pictures this time I though I'd share some recipes.

First up was No-Knead Bread

The last time I baked bread, the discworld dwarves would have approved of it as battle bread, so I'm envious of your baking skills!

Thanks! Back at Easter I tried to make complicated kneaded bread and it came out hard as a rock and battle ready, so I purposely found the easiest looking recipe for this one XD The most complicated part of this one was making sure it didn't burn.

that sorbet looks delicious! It looks like something they would make on Top Chef lol. I don't think I've ever had anything like that before...definitely need to try it sometime.

Haha yeah, they like making things fancy by putting herbs in dessert. But I was just following a recipe. Except for my experimental freezing method it's easy to make- you should try it!
