Port-A-Potty

Well, Clay has officaly started potty training...god help us all. I am officaly having nothing to do with this. I only changed Clay's dipers once, I think, and I only change Brian when he's wet. If he's messy, he's Mom or Dad's problem. I love those kids, but I don't do dipers ( Read more... )

Actually - and I'm sorry to tell you this - that potty chair is going to be the least of your worries, germ-wise. lol

I think Meg and/or Cameron had a similar sort of thing, but neither one of them used it for very long. They moved on to the toilet pretty quickly, and that's truly where the squick factor comes in. Because kids that small practically have to scale the damned thing (Cam still does, actually) just to sit down, and they put their hands ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE. That means the bowl, the tank, the lid, AND the seat (including underneath), multiple times. And of course they have to hold onto something to keep from falling in, once they're up there. It's really quite icky ( ... )

Oh god, I am never gunna survive two boys a year appart. ::headesk:: Ewwwwww! Okay, first step, I'm building them steps and handrails around every toilet...and antibacterial everything everywhere. ::shudders::

And yah, it would be mean if Clay understood what it ment. I wouldn't teach him if he did. And he's already forgotten. Today he couldn't even remember she was leaving again. ::chuckles::
