if your dad is lactose intolerant why not try vegan chocolate? or vegan anything tasty. that way you know it wont have the culprits..

The only place I've ever seen the periodic table shower curtain is thinkgeek.com, it may be one of their exclusive items.

Stubbe Chocolate (Christie & Dupont) has a great selection of dark chocolates made with fruits and candies, so you'd get the sweet part without the milk and sugar. A bit pricy, mind you.

I'm extremely lactose intolerant, and dark dark chocolate (I'm talkin' 75% and up) has never been a problem.
Could you go that route?
