We need to make room in our house; maybe someone here can get the use of one of these items.
I bought this kit at a yard sale, with the house partly finished. I've done a bit of work on it since I bought it, but I just don't have the time, patience, or attention span to complete it. As far as I can tell the kit is complete, including instructions, with a bonus bag of shingles. It's the Allison model by Artply (
like this one), which was apparently their most popular model (Artply is no longer in business). Similar Greenleaf kits of this size are upwards of a hundred dollars new, and Allison kits seem to average about half that on eBay. I'll sell this for $20, and throw in a Greenleaf furniture kit (#9010) which unfortunately doesn't have any instructions; you can order instructions from
Greenleaf for $6 US.

This is a very comfy Eames era chair, in excellent condition -- except for the webbing, which has given way in the centre of the seat (the seat cushion is unattached). It's a simple repair; we'd do it ourselves, but again, no time, and we don't have room for the chair anyway. If you're not the DIY type you could take it to an upholsterer, though I don't know how much that would cost. The upholstery on this chair is a khaki green chenille, no rips, tears or stains. The wood is rosewood, I believe; solid construction, lovely finish. Vintage rockers like this one (though I can't find one of these chairs online at the moment) tend to go for upwards of $400US on eBay, in similar condition; I'm asking $200 Canadian, or best offer.
