Good Puppy trainer in my area

Thanks Vanishingbee, I have tried the videos but she's so scared I cant even get to that point as the what they show in the videos.

How old is your puppy? It's unusual for a puppy to be that scared. I know of a trainer, I haven't worked with her myself but my coworker has (we're vet techs) and she highly recommends her, but the trainer is in the Aurora/Newmarket area. If you're willing I travel that far I can get you her name.

She's just about to true 4 months. She's a female Papillion and we've had her for about a week and a half.
She's become friendly since day one but runs away when ever we come close or try to touch her.
She's so scared I worried about her.
I don't know why she became so scared, our house is quiet and friendly. She's great with her crate and enjoys going in.
I'm confused!
If you don't mind, I would like the name of the trainer and see what she recommends.
