there are places that people swear by for cocktails - mojo at the bottom of merrion street (down a kinda backstreet opposite rios) - not sure it's posh dresscode but the cocktails are expensive and people rave about them :)

There's the one that Nate worksin at the light. They do the cocktails, and are swanky. Mojos is pretty awesome though, if not very posh.
