Totally. The mentality of people that subscribe to a genre like that is just amazing. Everyone screams, "ZOMFG! I'M NOT EMO!!1!" But then they run out to hot topic for all the latest fashion and follow all the trends. *sigh* kids these days...

In my day we were Goths, and we were proud to be Goths, even though most of them were fuckwads just like the emos. We accepted that everyone needed a label for the dumb kids who wanted to be vampires, so what are you gonna do?

Of course, we also walked uphill both ways in the snow to get to school....

I hate punk ass snotty kids that snicker and point and shit because they are babies in high school so they can have a green mohawk and septum piercing or whatever, and just because I have my natural hair color (which took like two yrs to get) I'm a "poser". I bet I know just as many lyrics to the songs as you do. And guess what? I don't have to borrow money off mommy & daddy to get the new CD, I got a "real job" and therefore can buy shit when I want.

I hate people that are professionally bored and cynical. Really, if it is that bad, remember up and down on the wrist, not side to side. Do the world a favor.
