I don't know what's wrong with Tosh, but she's not acting like herself. She locked down the building, pulled a gun on me, and shot Owen and Daniel - though I'm fairly sure she only meant to shoot Owen. And now we are locked in the boardroom. I'm not sure how else to phrase it, because it doesn't make sense.

Relatively speaking, yes. No one's dying. Juliet's taking care of Owen and Daniel, and they don't seem to be bleeding to death this instant, so...
