Wonderful story! I love that John didn't instantly trust them and want to go back. That seems to happen a lot in amnesiac stories, but your way seems much more in character to me. Nice job.

I love this -- the way that John's amnesia is handled, the ambivalence between Before and After. The pacing is great as well -- I never felt rushed to the inevitable end, and got to see Rodney yell at John for trying to take the antidote out of guilt.

Oh, this is lovely. I love the balance you strike between wanting to remember and wanting to remain in ignorance, and between those parts of John which are a constant, and those parts of him which exist because of knowledge and experience and loss. Really lovely :)
