They betrayed me tonight... there was a second bus crash and I had no warning.

Yeesh! I am curious about something. I worked for a police department for nine years doing database development, network admin, etc., and one of the projects was a traffic accident database. I know the city that you're in is HUGE. I wonder what the accident rate is, and if the rate of unreported accidents is high.
