I'm doubting it, from the preview so far, but I ran into an old friend of mine from high school about...four years ago or so at GenCon who was working on a sitcom (I believe) called Fanboys? I just saw the CD, I'll have to pop it in and see if it's similar, since I can't remember. That would be funny, if so.
Eeek, it's call Fanboy-The Series, not Fanboys. My mistake. And now I remember why I probably haven't watched the DVD he gave me...I could never find the codex for it. It's one of those DvDs where the audio and the video are in two different folders.
Well, there's plenty of movies where the critics aren't in on the genre or mindset as others... but I don't know if I'd see it in a theater for $10 either. ;) It might make for a casual and entertianing night (better than watching re-runs of Stargate or some random crap on Food Network.)
