May 07, 2017 05:54

The elections seem to be getting depressing all over the world. After Hillary and Trump in the US, France now will have to choose from what I think is an awful pair of candidates too. And of course Russia will remain the cherry on top of this election cake with its people likely having to choose between Putin and more Putin for eternity. And then ( Read more... )

Seems to be the trend these days to have celebrities getting into politics.

Maybe Arnold Swartzenegger will run for POTUS.  I'd love to see Hilary try bullying the Terminator out of the race ha!

Let' replace Hillary with someone from Hollywood too then. Let' have Kanye run against Beyonce. That'd be fun.

the provincial election in bc is a farce

the liberals will continue to walk away with our resources, assets, inflation, exploitation of environment, marginalization of minority groups, children and women, homeless, working class poor, the usual usury.

who are the alternatives? NDP (new socialist debt party), or Green Party (tree huggers who think money grows on trees) so they will continue to inflate it and print it, well i mean convert to plastic.

It is hard not to marginalise the homeless though, I thing being homeless is living on the margins by definition.

It's a sick world when evil hackers get to pick who gets elected. Insanity.

Evil hackers don't get to pick, people get to pick. Everyone has a choice not to read what the hackers publish or read it and interpret it how they see fit as well as let/not let it influence their vote. What is truly evil is that so much stuff is hidden from us and that we are told that it is bad for us to know all that stuff (because we are supposed to vote based on what they want to tell us, not what is really going on).
