i'm pretty sure today's writer's block question was written with this song in mind. in fact i think that the world cup has always been a ploy to cause this song to be created. this song was destined from the moment the universe was created in a fiery explosive crash of science.

it is 100% facts. ian curtis nobly sacrificed himself so that new order might exist and go on to create this mindblowing paean to existential angst and the struggle of the ego vs the id in postmodern civilization.

SO TRUE. BERNARD SUMNER (OR MAYBE SOMEONE ELSE WROTE THE LYRICS IDK) IS A TRUE POET WHOSE EXQUISITE WORDS ENBIGGENED THE SOULS OF AN ENTIRE GENERATION.

IT IS TRULY A SHAME, HOWEVER, THAT THIS MAGNIFICENT WORK LEVITATED IN A STATE OF INCOMPLETENESS FOR 20 YEARS UNTIL THE GREAT JOHN BARNES MADE HIS GENIUS CONTRIBUTION:

THREE LIONS ON OUR MARS
