I found that pose when I was messing with overlays in slow motion. I did the 'cry - mild' overlay with the Elevator Woohoo Rejectee action and got it when she was just starting to get up off the floor :P

what do you use to overlay the animations?

The animation tester that you get from the "Spawn..." option when you shift-click your sim :D After I click on the yellow box, I go to the pie menu at the very top (I forgot what it was x_x) and click on... uh, I believe the pie option says "Set prefer overlay" or something like that. After that it lets you overlay any of the options in the animation tester with something else.
