i just went to a spinning class.

it was the most embarrassing/humbling thing i've experienced since i tried to play intramural soccer last year.

exercising in front of peers is apparently not my bag.

i passed a spin class by the beach yesterday, and i caught a guy gazing out the window and half-assed pedaling.
