I tried to watch it, but I fell asleep about 10-15 minutes into. I don't even care about this show anymore when Cody was eliminated and they tried to make Cody as if he's some kind of abusive asshole. I was NOT okay with Cody looking so bad in that show. That is all I need to say.

I'm okay with the winner because while I really didn't like her (though she wasn't as bad as Renee or Marvin), she did seem to be the best overall model. And I'm just glad Marvin didn't win because he was both a creep and not a good model.

Part of me wishes a guy had won, but I wasn't really expecting it, unlike with the season with the British contestants where one of them was clearly going to win. But Tyra spent the season going on and on about how female models are more important, male models don't really matter, and such. I think she caved to pressure to include men, but I don't think there was ever any chance of a man winning.

It's obviously that Tyra has always been sexism in her own way. I knew a male model wasn't going to win at all. I was just surprised that they would let 2 male models to last that long and then I hoped that maybe Cory would win the show.. But nah. Such a huge let down.

I just hated Marvin so much. He was immature, hit on every girl in the house before one finally fell for his creepiness, was an utter asshole and arrogant twat and he isn't even attractive( to me). All I saw when I looked at his face was a huge under bite and as my mother said "his mouth goes from ear to ear". She and I wanted Cory to win but we were ok as long as Marvin didn't win. He made me cringe. Also Tyras little domestic violence film was, besides terribly embarrassingly bad, so fucked up. Trying to glamorize abuse is disgusting.

Completely agreed. DV is not something we need to glamorize through a soft focus film where the survivor is "saved" by "true love".

I looked him up because I figured he couldn't be that ugly, considering it's still a modelling competition... BUT DAMN! DAMN! OH LORD JESUS HE IS UGLY.

i didn't watch the season, but i was keeping up with the pictures and such, and i'm glad jourdan won.
i never wanted a male model cycle anyways, and when i heard this season was men and women i was like the only one who wasn't the least bit interested.

Not sure if it was just me, but once they revealed the domestic violence themed "fashion video", I thought it became abundantly clear Jourdan would be the winner, since she had a backstory featuring an abusive ex (and TyTy isn't that subtle). And while I was disappointed Cory didn't win, at least starvin' Marvin didn't win either. I wasn't Jourdan's biggest fan, but I started rooting for her more and more after Chris H. and Nina were eliminated and Rob's homophobia made it clear Cory was unlikely to win.

And LOL at (I think) Renee making a crack about "well, she just takes good pictures..." as if it's an insult (and I know this has been said in previous cycles too). It's a modeling competition, taking good pictures is kind of the point.
