Every reality competition has those few select contestants that are so middle of the road that they just seem to be  there just for the sake of being there: fillers. Sometimes they add a bit to the storyline but most of the time, they just exist and we often forget who they are. ANTM is no exception

Oh, yes, her! Does she count as a filler? I loved her and thought she'd go further too.

The only one I can actually remember is Nnenna from cycle 6. Loved her. Does she count? She was eliminated first right after going overseas. I thought she'd go further. She was certainly better than Jade, who was only still there for entertainment value.

Oh, also, Molly Sue from cycle 6. Rewatching 6 at the moment, so it happens to be on my mind. She was kind of bland, but I still liked her.

Lauren Brie from 11.

Kayla from the All-Star cycle. Can't remember if she counts as a filler from her cycle, but I loved her.

Here's mine:
Whenever I think of filler, I see Janet (C.9). She didn't really do much and she was just kinda there.

Favorites: Rhianna (C.15), Amis and Marvita (C.10), Brooke (C.7), Sarah (C.2), Kyle (C.5), Isis (C.11). I wish a lot of these girls had gone a lot farther in the competition.

Least favorites: Monique (C.7), Lexie (C.15), Anslee (C.14) (actually a lot of the filler girls from C.14 annoyed the crap out of me- Brenda, Ren), Diana and Whitney (C.8), Brandy (C.4).

Thought were going to be filler but weren't: Saliesha (C.9), Teyona (C.12), Natalie (C.12) and Jessica (C.14) when I saw their preview shots, I instantly thought filler. I was also surprised that Shannon from this last cycle made it so far, I thought she was going to be filler with a capital F.

Ended up as filler: Rhianna (C.15), Dalya (C.16), Aimee and Claire (C.10), Simone (C.14), Lauren Brie (C.11).

C6 Kathy. Eliminating her was one of the worst decisions the show ever made. Episode one: "I feel like a penis with ears!" <---- HOW COULD YOU GET RID OF A WHOLE CYCLE OF THAT???????????????

He. I'm watching 6 now, and she's adorable. I guess they only felt like they could justify keeping one contestant for entertainment value, and Jade won out by being so completely ridiculous and delusional.

YES!! Thanks. I did like her, and she was gorgeous. Another example of ANTM wasting good talent.

I should have added Alexandra from Krista's cycle. She would have been a really good plus size winner. Way more versatile than Whitney.
