After the release of the Top 9 finalists for the Project Runway finale ( http://projectrunway.livejournal.com/955874.html), I went on the hunt for which of our favorite girls made it!

Teyona looks good for a change. Usually she looks pretty jacked up outside of a photograph.

I think there's something going on with the budget, either because of the switch from Bravo to Lifetime, or maybe because they have SO many decoy collections. It's noticeable to me not just in the finale collections, but even in the regular competition. It looks like they're all buying terribly inexpensive fabric.
