Ok cool..but it's a 9 week program over 3 years? Really??

Wait, can she finish the 9 week program in 9 weeks or is she just stretching it over 3 years? =/

Plus the cost of that program is nothing for her LOL. I love how the interviewer was like $2000/day? I mean, if she's making $82,000/day, $2000 is nothing to her. I'll be happy if I even see that income every year.

the video said that it is 3 weeks a year for 3 years...I was only commenting because up until that point it seemed that she was a regular student with a full course load.

I'd be doing the same if I were her, regardless of what people think. She's doing it to better herself and her company so it's all for the best.

Her education aside - the video actually took me aback for a moment, because I'd forgot how beautiful she is, and how pleasant her voice can be without the cartoon-y gimmicks she pulls on ANTM.

Me too. It was nice to see Tyra and not ANTM-Tyra. I think the ANTM-Tyra is a character. Sure there is some real Tyra in there but not all of her.

Anyway, that was interesting.

Meh, according to US News, Stanford is the number one business school... and according to popular opinion, Wharton is... this is a funny publicity stunt.. she isn't even getting a degree. I loved the shots of her walking around like a student.

Hey, would you even go to school if you were already a millionaire many times over? She could retire today if she wanted to, and still live in luxury the rest of her life.

I respect that she is giving a good role model for so many people, and that's she's even doing it at all- like the interview said, she could hire anyone to do it all for her, but she's not.

Yeah, I would probably go to school if I were a millionaire many times over... that's why I'm in grad school now, because learning is interesting and rewarding.

I think that Tyra's building a business and being a successful entrepreneur is much more impressive and inspirational than her taking some classes. I think that she might be taking these classes to gain some skills that will help her with her business. However, to broadcast the fact that she is doing so, and to highlight Harvard as a brand name, is pure publicity.
