[Toph picks up the PCD and she's sitting on the edge of the lake, her feet placed in the shallow water. She looks rather comfortable, leaning back on one arm while the other holds the PCD. It isn't long before she speaks.]

[It only takes Zuko ten seconds -- tell full seconds -- to realize what the hell happened. And it only takes Toph's scream before he curses to himself to jump into the water after her.

Turns out all that time spent on a boat and learning how to swim did some good.]

[She's panicking to say the last. Last time she fell in deep water, sure, there was a giant sea snake in the water. But it wasn't trying to drag her under. If she had some earth on her she'd be able to take the squid but as for swimming to shore...that wouldn't be happening any time soon.]

[The squid released her as it reached the middle of the lake. Toph wasn't sure why it let her go, maybe to make sure she struggled now and would be too tired to fight it later. But, at the moment, Toph didn't care. She flailed her arms madly in an attempt to stay afloat. Her breathe was short and sporadic.]

ZUKO HELP!

[Zuko was still a fair distance away -- the squid pulls faster than he can swim -- but he's making it there as fast as he can, taking deep slow breaths to steady his own nerves. Keep calm. Keep moving.]

[The yell is strangled as he tries to swim faster.]

[She'd usually scream back I'M TRYING but she's far too busy trying not to go under. But she tries to take in a few deep breaths. She isn't sure which will be her last before she goes under.]

[Zuko might be able to tell that she's slowly going lower and lower into the water. She isn't floating as well as she hoped she would.]

[Sorry Katara. She's still in the process of trying not to drown. She'll call you back in a few minutes. But Katara might be able to see the camera's view of the lake and a very tiny Toph and Zuko trying to get to shore.]
