The Doctor entered the console room to see Jack smiling to himself while hunched over the screen. He had seen Jack smile before but never to himself, always at him as a suggestive glance or a flirtatious smile. He walked over and saw that they were at last in Cardiff.
“Why are you smiling?” The Doctor asked.
“Oh it’s nothing.” Jack answered in a secretive tone.
“Oh come on you can tell me, don’t be a hugger-mugger.” He said and put a hand on his shoulder.
“I’m just thinking of someone that’s all.” Jack answered and kissed him softly.
“Ok!”
