Jack looked over the edge of the building. The scenery below was familiar as memories of falling because of John pushing him flowed though his mind. That was the past now as he looked down at a body lying outstretched on one of the benches.
“Is everything alright sir?” Ianto asked walking up beside him.
“It seems the past has come back to haunt me.” Jack answered pointing down to the body. “That was me once. John pushed me off.”
“Well the difference is you’re still standing.”
“Of course.” Jack said with a smile.
Ianto smiled. “I’m glad you are.”
