I used to be a conman in the 51st century after the time agency stole two years of my life. I would go around the universe being mendacious to many people who crossed my path, seducing them with my charms. I swore one day that I would use my skulduggery on the time agency.

So I went to the time of the blitz in a stolen spaceship and an ambulance full of healing properties. I was going to perform the perfect con to pay them back.

That was before I met the beautiful Rose Tyler and her very resplendent Doctor.
