The Doctor loved the British way of life so much that he would always go back to London. He loved to feed the pigeons at Trafalgar square and would always laugh when a pigeon pooped on Jack’s RAF jacket.

Ah. Well it's a fun drabble regardless. You should check out the bloopers if you haven't seen them. Barrowman actually says "Captain Jack has pigeon poop on his jacket" or something like that.
