Thank god, someone else who loves Christian Bale but can't stand this movie. I couldn't even watch the whole damn movie, I was so irritated by... everything!

The comment you made about all the dumb shit they do just coming off as incredibly annoying as opposed to 'cool' really encompasses how I feel about the whole thing.

Believe me, watching this til the end was not easy. I kept hoping something would happen to make it at least a little worthwhile, and it never did.
