That chick from Kate & Allie is in this movie, and I had a crush on her when I was young. This is one of the movies that Roger Ebert absolutely hates and he saw it back when he was credible.

Just went and read his review. He hit one nail on the head - the kid's obnoxious for too long. Granted, in doing that it thankfully stretches the formula a little bit (Dutch & Doyle aren't the Happy Go Lucky Team 2000 'til the last straw is broken for Dutch), but it was irritating.
