This was only my second season of the Amazing Race. I've been told to jump on the seventh season on DVD (it's on my Christmas list). But, what was wrong exactly with last season? There were teams to pull for...I didn't see BJ & Tyler as schticky camera hogs, but rather some everymen in the midst of a bunch of reality stereotypes having fun and being goofy. Schticky people are cast as contestants on Deal or No Deal these days.
As for this, yes, fuck the Chos. I was quite the happy son bitch when Bama broke away from them. I thought their ultimate plan WAS to keep the weaker teams along side them 'til the end so they could whomp 'em, but I found out they were perhaps weakest of all.
BTW, somebody wrote a column talking about how it was a "coincidence" that David & Mary got non-elimination legs because they were the "obvious" favorite of the audience. Uh, no. I hated them. People who don't competitively play the game are boring. And this all-star season, by the looks of the leaked cast, will make me sick.
Non-elimination legs are planned out well in advance, so it was a coincidence.
A lot of people like BJ and Tyler, but they annoyed the hell out of me. Everything they did just screamed "look at me! LOOK AT ME!!!". Especially all that T-Tow shit.
Uhh... did you read the post? Or is it that you just didn't know that "that guy" is Peter, the guy I singled out as the biggest asshole of the season and "that girl with the prosthetic leg" is Sarah, whom I was glad to be rid of him?
Seriously!? Am I fucking blind or fucking retarded? Or just fucking? Or maybe I expected a bit more of a tirade, as they nearly single-handedly made me quit watching the season?
