First off, I mostly disagree with your opinion (except the part about Jodie Foster's character, who wasn't developed enough to seem necessary).

However, I do think your review writing has improved quite a bit lately and wanted to mention it (hopefully without sounding condesending). So keep up the good work, even if you don't agree with me.
