One act really entertained me more than the others though, and that was the Ian McKellen-suggested coming out party for Iceman (Ashmore).

Am I misunderstanding here, or did you mean Pyro (Aaron Stanford)? That's who he was talking to when he used the "god among insects" line.

*G* I really liked Pyro in that movie, don't mind me.

I think you are misunderstanding, but since I'm guessing Skooch is the only one who knows what he's talking about here, I wouldn't feel bad about it.

Inelegant phrasing of mine aside, the coming out party was when Iceman revealed to his parents that he was a mutant. McKellen suggested that the scene be played out as if Iceman were going to reveal that he was gay, at least to those not in the know. Being that McKellen is openly gay, he pretty much ran the scene.

Ahh, okay, okay, I'm stupid, sorry :)

And that scene amused the hell out of me as well.

What I want to know is...where the hell is Gambit? At one point I heard rumors of Harry Connick Jr. playing the roll and that would make me one happy Jenni.

If Seth Rogen could pull of a N'awlins accent, Jenni would be doubly happy with that casting decision. :D

Oh man, the mere thought of Seth Rogen as Gambit makes me orgasm.
