How does Jack Bauer kick a drug habit in less than 24 hours? He's Jack MOTHER FUCKING BAUER, that's how. Ask Scott Keith. I have to confess I only saw a bit of the last show of the season last year. The first two were so unbelievably awesome, with barely any lowlights to speak of *cough*mountain lion*cough*.
A lot of fans seemed to be bitching and moaning about the last episode of season three. It kinda pisses me off... it would be stupid to end every season with some kind of cliffhanger ending like they did with the first two. It would become really trite if they did it three times in a row. I like how they brought a sense of closure to most all of the plots and certain characters with season three. It means they can start fresh with the new season. The show isn't 100% realistic, but I think it tries to be close, so it makes sense that certain characters wouldn't be around two or three years after this day.
The only other thing I can think of that slightly pisses me off about the show is when one of the recurring characters catches a bullet or blows up... the clock goes silent... FUCK THAT! Time ticks on, the world still spins, and Jack MOTHER FUCKING BAUER still has a loaded gun in his hands. There should be no moment of silence for any of these bastards.
