Seasonal Somethings: January/February

As I mentioned in yesterday’s food and menus post, we had a special Valentine’s Day dinner this month -- part of my ongoing effort to do “something seasonal” (which is another area that’s been slacking around here; I just don’t seem to accomplish much in the first two months of the year).

LOL! What great ideas for Valentine's Day! I loved the x's and o's breadsticks. So, any plans for St. Patrick's Day coming up? ;-)

I am thinking we will make rainbow cupcakes from the March issue of Family Fun for St. Patrick's Day -- since rainbows are currently very popular with Nora. :) Plus...something green. Broccoli, maybe?
