I enjoyed reading you spazzing out over City Hunter :) I watched the first ep and decided to leave it there, but your Aladdin comparison and short-girl-flipping-the-macho-guy screen caps convinced me to go on :D

EEEE, yes, this! And, for me, the perfect topping off of an admirable modern hero, you know what Yoon Sung does better than, like, 80% of other such examples? HIS FACE, IT EXPRESSES TOO. I so appreciate that the writers/PD/Lee Min Ho, I don't know who, acknowledges that it's okay for a badass, capable and confident man to have expressions beyond sneering and smirking and the occasional angst-face. Well done, drama!
