Yes! I did it! I was able to complete old icons that were selected by other people in a poll! Ahaha, it's the small things in life. ♥ I actually had a lot of fun making these, there were a few kernels of good ideas that set me off on a flurry of iconning. Nobuta lends itself well to ~snark-with-love~ which is my very favorite kind of icons to make

i suck at computer graphics, but even a techno philistine like me can tell what AWESOME GRAPHICS look like and these are SO IT. you totally captured what shuji/nobuta/akira are all about and i love them all and i can't decide which one i love best and i can't stop scrolling up to look at them and i'm laughing and going "awww" at the same time. XD

i'm sorry i didn't discover your icons while i was writing my NwP review a few weeks back! i hope you don't mind if i pimp the link to your post at the end of my review over at my wordpress blog? thanks a bunch (in advance)! =D

AH. This reply may be a little belated but only because I wanted to give you a proper one as this is one of the best comments I've received in a long time. ♥ THANK YOU! I really tried to say all I wanted to say about the show in the form of icons and I'm so pleased that came across to you. I think I spent a lot of the wobbling between laughing and awwing so it's all I could have hoped for to keep that going here!

Lol yeah, it's not exactly meta (as I obviously update my WP blog more than my LJ account). But it's nice to cross-pollinate across the blogosphere every once in a while, yes? XD Actually I just pimped you out (lol that didn't sound so nice) in a separate post altogether, so I hope you get some fresh blood coming your way. ;-)

Re my review, it's not required reading (lol) but I'm thrilled you've reserved it for a later time, when your schedule is less inclement. These types of rambly posts are best for when you have absolutely nothing better left to do for at least a couple of hours, haha.
