I tried Love Shuffle but I couldn't get over Tamaki's skeletal frame. I seriously spent more time wondering if I should compose a letter to him in Japanese (when I don't even know the language) and ask him to please eat. Hehe.

See, this is why it's so hard to pick a show to watch for the first time with other people! I really have no idea what I'm signing myself up for! It's much easier to pick shows to rewatch because I know I love them.

I was also seriously considering My Girl (which I've never seen) but I think it may be a kdrama classic and I already consider Nodame a jdrama classic. HMMM.

Ah I really liked My Girl. It was goofy but fun. I was rewatching The Legend yesterday and I know what you mean by choosing good shows to watch. Dal Ja's Spring? =D

LOL! I have the same problem with Toda Erika. I mean, LOOK AT HER ARMS in that picture. They are like pipe cleaners. Whenever I see her I just want to send her a cheeseburger in the mail. I'm sure it probably wouldn't travel to Japan all that well but that chick needs too eat something like yesterday.

Yeah, I saw your post about starting Love Shuffle when I was working on banners and I thought "Wow, good timing!" Yaay, I'm glad you're going to be watching that one too. :D

Yeah, sure! I figured having people nominate shows in the future will give the comm a good idea of what people want to watch AND give me ideas for shows to watch! I don't know many twdramas. I actually just started watching Meteor Garden on the sly, which is my first one. :)

Good timing, I was just about to rewatch Nodame Cantabile and give Love Shuffle another try! 8D *found the first episode of LS boring and couldn't finish*

Hee, you'll have to sumbit that to the nomination thread, whenever I get it up! I definitely clicked the link and thought "Oh, it's that girl from the Taiwanese Hana Kimi... wait, this is the Taiwanese Hana Kimi!" I really enjoyed the jdrama version, I have no idea how I'm going to feel about the TW version. :)

The TW version is pretty good, I watched it first actually so I know how you feel as I was wary of the Japanese version myself before I watched it. The upside to the TW version? Each episode is over an hour long. Bad news? It cuts off in the middle of the series because there was supposed to be another season, yet it never happened. :/
