Ok, first of all, from me you get a yes. To the costructive criticism: I like your use of colours, and that you focus on the faces. But... ;) #3: Can just be that I'm not a fan of these "white lines" but I think the b/w and the blueish is not enough colour... Maybe a reddish tone or some colour on R/Hr may look better. And you maybe should remove that thing on his head. I just can't see what it should be... Flames? ;) #4: Just one point. The green is maybe not the best colour to use with the blue sky. Maybe a bright yellow, or a reddish orange?
#3: I usually try to stear away from using white lines to begin with mind. I'm just not good at them at all. :P That is probably one of the very few icons which sort of shaped out in my head and I wished to try the white line thing out; I usually just do mine according to what pops in my head at that very moment lol. For that one I wanted to try my hand at doing something like you have in the icon up there too...tee hee, and no those are not flames. ;) That's actually a texture acting as base.
#4: Hehe yeah I know...I should really improve on the mixing colours thing at times. They usually say that blue and green should never be seen. I seem to defy all rules at times. :P
Ok, from my side it's a yes! I like your colouring, and the cropping is very nice! Just a little criticism on 1, 7 and 12... 1 is in my opinion too blurry. The colouring is nice, but the face is not sharp enough... 7 looks too foggy. in 12 I just think the text could have been placed better, like along the way of the "blow".
I really really love #1. The cropping and coloring is awesome, the eyes and mouth could be a tad sharper though. And like jordanfan1984 already said, the text in #12 could've been placed better. Maybe just a different font! :)
I love the cropping of #6, #7 and #8. Especially #8. :) The coloring is also very nice. But in some of those icons (like 3/4/5) the face could be a bit sharper.
So yeah, it's a yes from me. Let's wait and see what jordanfan1984 thinks :)
I agree with squeeegy on the sharpening on 3/4/5, but I have to add one thing. In my opinion there is too much soft light/red/blue in 3 and 4. I like the text placement in 1, even though it's unusual. I like the pictures you used in 11 and 12.
First of all, I give you a yes. But you could have shown us more variety of icons! Not just in cropping, and some colouring, but as well in text placement, and saturation. I know you can do it, because I've taken a look at your posts in your icon community. Maybe you want to show us about 4 more icons with text and saturation before squeeegy decides... The sharpening is good at all icons. None is oversharpened, or too blurry.
Just like jordanfan1984 said, you could've showed us some icons with text, but I don't find it all that important. I personally think, that the best icons are mostly textless. But that's just me ;)
So yeah, a yes from me. Cause I'm totally in love with your cropping. I'm a cropping whore, so what? ;)
Milos eyes look a little too red though. But that's all the criticism I could find ;)

I like the use of colours, and the cropping. The sharpness could be extended, but that's just my opinion. Some of the icons could use a little more light, but the intensity of your colours is beautiful!
Your cropping is great and I love the colors you use! I especially like #3 and #5! But just like jordanfan1984 said, you could sharpen some icons a little more. But that isn't all that important, they look great anyway!

They look really good. Not a Potter fan here, but the cropping and coloring is great.
#1 is a little too orange for my taste though. And the texture you used in #2 looks a bit odd. But I especially love the cropping of #5, #6 and #7!
And of course you get extra points for the Beatles reference! :)
