It cannot be said enough how much I hate being in Jackson. Grand Rapids is an oasis of liberal thought compared to this backwater shit hole. I hate it even more because it makes me lose all faith in the future of humanity. It makes me feel like my education is worthless because all of the theory I'm learning can't help me combat the racism,
